3 Minute Ocean Meditation

Sit tall, spine long. Soften the space in between the brows, release the bottom jaw away from the top jaw. Breathe fully with awareness. Take in the beauty that nature is bestowing upon us. As the world around us is in chaos- nature teaches us how to continue on in our own special way spreading peace, love and light. This is my gift to you. When is the last time you took 3 minutes to sit, breathe and take in the beauty of the world around you? It is very easy to get caught in fear based thinking. Now practice presence, surrender and sitting in pure love- this is very hard to do but so fucking important! This peacefulness is a practice, just like anything else, it takes time and effort to see it's effects. I've been practicing this for a long time, this is why I know the importance first hand and am bringing it to you.

If you don't have 3 minutes to carve out for yourself- I invite you to examine that. Without taking time to care for the self you will live out a life in a high state of stress, anxiety and suffering. I want so much more for you, as does the Divine. Please hear the call. Sit tall, quietly and listen.
