Bhakti Baby

Updated: Jan 16, 2022

When it comes to the paths of Yoga, I'm definitely a mixed bag with a Bhakti heart through and through.

Oftentimes it is a trauma or pain inflicted to the instrument of love that leads the practitioner to the path if devotion. For me , trauma was definitely a conduit for my spiritual awakening. I basically died to who I was, then gave up every sense of control and handed the reigns over to Source. When I was lost in the darkness I called out to the Universe to help me. I sobbed, wept, and lost all sense of who I was...Slowly over time I built myself back up with faith in a Higher Reality as my foundation. Then as a service to the hearts of humanity I share the ancient teachings of Yoga- which are so lovely because they don't prescribe how you need to attain Self Relization, there are various paths of Yoga.

This is simply an example of a Bhakti path....everything they do is for the Divine.

If interested in learning more about this, I'll be talking about this path all week!

My style is lighthearted, playful and trauma informed. I also teach in a Classical Yoga style which includes philosophy enriched classes.

☮If you feel called to practice with me virtually I offer 5 Livestream Classes per week and have an On Demand video library so you can practice with me anytime!

🎶To make it fun I also offer a Spotify playlist on theme each week, this week is Self-love. Follow me on Spotify 🌟link in bio🌟
