Bliss Body

This week in my classes it's all about the Bliss Body! How do you feed your spirit? Each person nourishes this part of themselves in a unique way. The important part is- carving out time to pursue and engage in spiritual experiences, to remember that you are living spirit! I'm very excited to guide you through breathing and mindful movement this week while reminding you to connect to your bliss. Expect smiles, giggles and taking things lightly- laughter is a fabulous way to feed the innermost joyous center of yourself.
