Breath Body

The average person doesn't even pay attention to their breath and that is a sad fact. The breath was found by the first Yogis to be a tool that when worked with could assist in bringing the mind into more ease.

The breath also feeds the energy centers of the body. Breathing exercises can be utilized as a tool to combat symptoms associated with stress and anxiety.

In group classes and private sessions I teach a variety of breathing techniques so that students learn ones that support their needs.
