💜As we grow, we tend to get more serious. In dealing with life's trials and tribulations we can often loose that spark within. When this happens we are really in trouble- because we then put on blinders, seeing only "real life problems", only focus on what we don't have, what we don't like, what's going "wrong" and can stew in a negative mindset. Living like this doesn't make us feel better but keeps us in a stress loop, stealing joy away from ourselves.
🌟A great way to combat this is through appreciating, acknowledging and connecting with your inner child. This is the part in you that simply wants to laugh, play, and curiously explore all that life has to offer. This part of you wants to find joy in simple silliness without rigid rules telling you who you need to be or what you need to do.
💜This week expect playful movement, laughter and a reminder to hold things lightly as we ride the road of life. I will be inviting your inner child out to play. This experience, if you open to it, can be like a breath of fresh air, a face that hurts from too much smiling and a stomach that hurts from too much laughing.
