Yoga is a way to nourish yourself on all levels. Through patience and persistent practice you watch yourself grow. My physical practice isn't what it used to be, but I love what it has blossomed into over the past 18 years. Here is a little fun flow I came up with for some of my classes this week. Yoga challenges the body, moves life force through breath, anchors the mind, creates spaciousness within through ancient wisdom and reminds us that at the core of our being we are living spirit. Let's light up your bliss body this week! As you can see here, you don't need much room to roll out your mat and get to work.
