✨️Happy 2023. A week before Christmas this year I decided to stop drinking alcohol for a year just as an experiment and luckily the event I attended last night was alcohol free. I was at a place called Sera Phi in Philly.
💜There was a sacred cacao plant medicine ceremony, music, crystal bowls, ecstatic dance, singing, Ayurvedic food, Kava, elixirs, laughter, connection. Suffice it to say, it was pretty freaking magical.
✨️I met so many beautiful humans. Made lots of new friends and also saw some familiar faces.
💜I'll be integrating in nature today, video clips of event will be posted in the near future and putting together new Livestream teaching schedule soon.
