In The Now

💜How often do we humans steal the present moment from ourselves saying things lik:

"I'll be happy when..."

"Things will be better when...."

"If only it was like this then...."

"It should be like this...."

"It shouldn't be like that because..."

"If it went this way instead then it would've been better..."


🌟A simple practice to combat this is to be mindfully present and aware in the moment without the jumping back or forward in time. This takes effort to cultivate...
