š¦This week in classes I'm reviewing the past 5 weeks which focused on the Paths of Yoga.
ā®Note that a person will most likely be bits of all the paths wrapped up in a uniquely beautiful bow of their own personal design depending upon their affinities.
šEven the paths of Yoga must be held lightly so as to not rigidly attach to one way. The paths offer tools that resonate with individual personalities. Ultimately in the end the tools themselves must also be released so as to attain true Yoga/Union/Oneness.
šIf you feel called to practice with me virtually I teach Classical Yoga philosophy infused hatha classes in a lighthearted,Ā playful and trauma informed way.
I offer a variety of formats and experience levels Livestream EST. I also have an On Demand video library of past classes so you can practice with me anytime!

Th- 9:15am Purple Spotted Morning, beginner friendly half nourishing movement half breathing,Ā meditation,Ā relaxation techniques.

F- 10am Clouded Yellow Morning,Ā beginner friendly. Vin/Yin style half gentle strengthening,Ā half passive opening.
