Raise Your Vibration

We are energetic beings. Each of us vibrates at a frequency. High vibrations are love, kindness, compassion, truth, joy, gratitude, generosity and peace. Low vibrations are hatred, anger, resentment, jealousy, lies, aggression, greed and fear.

We are literally the things we consume, the thoughts we think, the words we speak and the actions we bring forth. It is important to begin to understand this.

The average person left unchecked is in constant energetic flux influenced by: the food they eat, social conditioning, personal history, emotions, television, news, music, social media, conversations/interactions/relationships with others, expectations of outcomes and judgments of themselves/others... the list goes on.

How one begins to break the bondage of being bombarded and influenced by low vibrations is to start to notice how these things affect you energetically. Then there are choices to be made, not because you "have to" but because you want to, choices that raise your vibration and increase awareness. The choices involve healthy nourishing food, mindful movement of the body, seeing beyond the conditioning of family/society, searching out healing so that the past consciously integrates lessons for growth and spiritual evolution, learning how to sit with heavy emotions then allowing them to move through instead of holding on, watching and listening to things that inform, uplift and inspire, practicing decernmant with sources of information, not allowing toxic relationships to continue, and starting to learn how to live in the present moment as it is.

If you consume shitty foods, you will feel like shit. If you think hateful thoughts you will spew anger. If you take in sources rooted in fear you wil stay locked in the dark. You see where I'm going with this.

Begin to learn how to align all thoughts, words and actions with the highest vibration of loving kindness and compassion. Start with your relationship with yourself, your body, the way to speak to and treat yourself, then expand to those in your life.
