💜Bramacharya has been translated as "right use of energy" or thinking about everything in moderation. We all have habits that we fall into when we get distracted and tired by life's demands. The trick is noticing when we've fallen into patterns that move us away from our Highest Self and focus our energy instead on things that move us towards our Highest Self. The work is in bringing ourselves back when we notice an imbalance.
🌟Self care is not a privilege thing- we all have the right to take time away and care for ourselves. Without this we burnout.
☮️Reflect in this moment on how you are using your energy and take note of how you can restore yours to balance. We are not to give 110% to relationships, kids, work, chores, etc because that is a severe imbalance and will impact our overall wellness in a negative way.
