This Week's Theme


✨️This week in classes continues to look at the 5th Niyama, Isvara Pranidhana which means self-surrender. I'll highlight the Bhakti and Karma Yoga Paths as self-surrender is inherent in both paths.

💜Yoga is all about living intentionally- purposefully moving towards embodiment of your best Self, through being mindful of how you think, speak and act towards yourself and others.

🕉A regular Hatha Yoga practice benefits overall health and wellness. It supports students physically, energetically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually in increasing awareness and finding balance. It is also a practice that can be adapted to meet students where they are at.

✨️I teach 5 Virtual Hatha Yoga classes per week from the comfort of my home. My verbal cueing is strong so as long as you can hear me you don't need to look at the screen much, just follow the sound of my voice as I guide you.

☮️My personal style is lighthearted, playful and trauma informed. I present Classical Yoga philosophy infused Hatha Yoga practices in a down to earth type of way. I offer a variety of formats to meet beginners to more advanced students.

🎶I also offer Spotify playlists on theme for those who need sweet tunes to help them get out of their head and into the moment.

🦋I'm an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist also leading monthly virtual sacred share spaces, Soulhood Circle Gatherings, and individual virtual Yoga Therapy sessions to support individuals in their overall wellness journey. I specialize in stress relief and teaching Self-love.
