Forest Fairy Bug Adventure

🧚‍♀️This will be a 90-minute experience for caregivers and their children. There will be group movement, breathing, mindfulness, play and nature exploration. The play aspect is purposeful for adults and children. Everyone will be reminded of the importance of inviting their inner children out to play.  🦋Participants encouraged to come dressed up in bug and/or fairy gear. Not mandatory. 🌟It is suggested to bring a mat, towel or blanket to sit on during portions of Yoga Adventure, or you could always just sit on the Earth. ☮️There will also be an aspect for the caregivers where they have a chat with Veronica highlighting the importance of self-care practices, mindfulness in caregiving and creating community with fellow caregivers while children build fairy houses with Jessi. 🕉About your hosts:  Veronica Carpenter of Blissful Butterfly Yoga and Jessica Giambri of Jessi's Jamboree and will be leading the adventure. Veronica is an E-500 Registered Yoga Teacher, a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, and Early Childhood Caregiver Support Resource. Jessi is a certified Imagination Yoga teacher and Mindful Caregiver Coach. They are both passionate about children, play, nature and yoga.
