Voice Of Your Soul

🕉Hatha Yoga is a fabulous way to cultivate a consistent practice that supports your nervous system in being able to find stillness. It helps you by giving your mind something to focus on- care of your body, refueling of your energy, getting out of your thinking mind, in tune with your intuition and aligned with your Spirit. Its a practice, it takes time. Step by step, the choice is yours, the ancient path is a light students just follow the way. Finding a teacher who resonates is key.

My style is lighthearted, playful and trauma informed. I also teach in a Classical Yoga style which includes philosophy enriched classes.
