All levels/beginner friendly. Accessible, all movement done on the floor, no standing.
First half focuses on slow nourishing movement, connected with breathing and intentional mindset. Student requests guide what areas of the body will be targeted. Second half focuses on guided mix of stress relief tools which includes breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and/or relaxation techniques.
